The period's top sale was 8 Patton Ridge Road, which sold for $1,175,000 on Sept. 17 from John H. Carroll to the Heath Smith Family Trust. Eleven of the 15 transfers appear to be moves within the same family or into a trust, including two each on Bay Road, Bridge Street and Moulton Street. With most prices still unrecorded, overall market tone cannot be firmly read from this data.
