Hamilton recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, seven of which had posted sale prices ranging from $400,000 to $36.4 million, with a median of $750,000. The month's standout deal was a $36.4 million sale of former Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary land on Essex Street to a limited liability company, an outlier that skews the top of the range well above the town's typical residential sales, which clustered between $400,000 and $1.175 million.
