Hamilton Deed Filings Show $825,000 Median Amid Wave of Family Trust Transfers
Fourteen property deeds were recorded in Hamilton from July 24 to Aug. 22, but only six disclosed a sale price, ranging from $565,000 to $1.3 million with a median of $825,000. The top sale was 55 Fox Run Rd Lot 28A at $1.3 million, followed closely by 49 Walnut Rd at $1,255,000. Eight of the 14 transactions, including three same-day transfers on Birch Road involving the Fucillo family, listed no sale price, consistent with trust or intra-family transfers. With more than half the recorded deeds lacking price data, the available figures show a moderate-priced market but offer limited visibility into overall conditions.
