Hamilton August Home Sales Range From $565,000 To $1.3 Million
Hamilton recorded 15 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, with nine sales disclosing a price. Disclosed prices ranged from $565,000 on Leigh Road to $1,300,000 on Fox Run Road, with a median of $810,000. The month's top sale was 55 Fox Run Rd Lot 28A at $1,300,000, followed closely by 49 Walnut Rd at $1,255,000. Martel Road saw two same-family trust transfers, and several LLCs appeared as buyers or sellers, including in a multi-lot Woodland Mead transfer from Harvard College. With six of 15 sales lacking a disclosed price, the data shows steady transaction volume but limited visibility into overall dollar activity.
