Fucillo Family Trust Transfers Dominate Hamilton's Late-Summer Deed Filings
Hamilton recorded 14 property deeds between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only five disclosed a sale price, ranging from $635,000 to $965,000 with a median of $760,000. The month's top transaction was a $965,000 sale on Bay Road, followed by a $935,000 sale on High Rock Lane. Notably, eight of the 14 transfers, more than half, were trust or estate-related transactions within the Fucillo and Brand families on Birch Road, White Road, Forest Street and Grant Avenue, none of which disclosed a price. With most transfers undisclosed, the data offers a limited window into actual market pricing this period.
